Orders/Returns/Shipping

A: Click order status on the bottom under the information header. On the next page provide your email address and order number to obtain status.

A: Most of our orders are being processed within our standard 1-2 business day processing time, however, some orders may experience slightly longer than normal processing times. Rest assured we are processing all orders as quickly as possible and we will automatically notify you via email with any status updates. Check your order status from within your account’s Order History for more information or by clicking order status on the bottom under the information header.

A: The only shipping option selectable while ordering via our online shopping cart is UPS ground. For other shipping methods or options please e-mail us. Please allow total delivery time of 3-10 business days for UPS Ground. Once the order is shipped we will provide you with a UPS tracking number to track your package.
