Eten from Taiwan has refreshed their popular M600 smartphone, renaming it the M600+ but strangely removing the integrated GPS system in the process. The original smartphone was famous for having a simple design with a host of connectivity options, so its successor has pretty large shoes to fill. The Eten M600+ boasts an improved Bluetooth 2.0 over the original's 1.2 with double the onboard memory of 130MB, bringing the total to 256MB. The 1.3 megapixel camera has been upgraded to a 2 megapixel version. The M600+ is powered by the Windows Mobile 5.0 OS with push email capability and will be priced slightly higher than the M600.
